Tillie Murrell Durham, 81, of Pewee Valley, Kentucky passed away on February 12, 2016. She was a member of First Baptist Pewee Valley Church. Mom loved her family and friends, cooking, baking, and maintaining a beautiful home.
Tillie was born on November 17, 1934, LaGrange, Kentucky to the late John and Adell (Miller) Durrett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Durham; brother, Marvin; and sister, Daisy.
Tillie is survived by her children, Karen Lester, Alisa (James) Braggs, and John Durham; grandchildren, Christie Lester, Jeffrey Durham, and Sherry Braggs; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Lee, Carolyn Hinkle, and Fannie Thornton; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 16, 2016 First Baptist Church of Pewee Valley (7104 Old Floydsburg Rd Pewee Valley, KY 40056) with her Funeral Ceremony to follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Pewee Valley Cemetery East.
