Thomas A. Clishem Jr., 54, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Louisville, Kentucky. Thomas was born on June 9, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Thomas Clishem Sr. and the late Marion Clishem.
In addition to his mother, Thomas is preceded in death by son, Thomas Jacob Clishem; a sister, Brenda L. Stinnett; and a brother, Charles E. Renzi.
He is survived by a brother, Gary Renzi (Christina); a sister, Dina Johnson (John); two nephews, Nicholas M. Johnson Sr. (Charity) and Anthony Renzi; three nieces, Tricia Meachum, Tara M. Johnson and Beth Renzi. He is also survived by two sons, Christopher and Joshua as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
He will be laid to rest privately at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas's honor to the American Heart Association. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerKentuckiana.com.
