Sullivan, Theresa Lynn, 55, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 4, 2015.
Theresa was born on October 30, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Elena Sullivan; and one brother, Jeff Sullivan.
She is survived by her children, Jasmine Sullivan-Duvall, and Billy Hall Jr.; father, James Sullivan; grandchildren, Journei, Aryan, Alexandria, Hunter, Timothy Joe, Megan; and one sister, Leigh Anne Sullivan.
A funeral service to honor the life of Theresa will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy) with visitation following from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
