Thelma Agusta Thompson -Jones, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018. She was born in Lansing, Michigan on December 6, 1938 to the Hubert and Ila Reed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Ronnie.

Thelma is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, John Thompson; children, Drusilla (Franklin) Allen, Richard Jones, Cinde (David) Mills,Troy Jones, Lori Touchstone, Twinklyn (Mike) Eland and Lucretia Thompson; siblings Kevin, Jennifer and Hubert; 36 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Thelma's funeral ceremony will be 3:00 pm Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
