He was born on December 31, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to Gene and Shirley McCarty. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Terry is survived by his loving Wife of 30 years, Mary McCarty, his Step-Son, Paul Burks (Mandy), Brother, John McCarty, and Sister, Kim McCarty. He is also survived by his grandkids, Kobe Burks and Paul Burks III.
