Terry Michael Elliott, 72, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. He was an avid NASCAR fan and life-time member of the NRA. Terry was a collector of many things and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was born on June 13, 1948, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Herschel and Henrietta (Hess) Elliott. Terry was also preceded in death by his siblings, Wayne, Clyde, Merle, Brenda, and Larry Elliott.
Terry is survived by his brothers, Gary Elliott (Shirley) and Roger Elliott (Donna); sisters-in-law, Mary and Pat; nephew and great-nephew whom he lived with and was especially close to, Richard and Lance Arensman; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Terry's wishes. A reception of family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
Contributions in Terry's memory may be made to the National Rifle Association.
