She worked as a Sous Chef at Churchill Downs until she was diagnosed with Cancer. While at Churchill Downs she was able to pursue her passion for cooking and food presentation.
As a child, Terri professed her faith in Christ and joined the Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky, where her father was the pastor and who baptized her. Later, while living in Atlanta, she became a member of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, where she continued her faith walk. Above all, Terri loved and acknowledged the Lord in her life.
