Teresa Shake, 50, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
She was born on July 14, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Cynthia (Todd) Shake. She is also preceded in death by her grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Teresa is survived by her loving fiancé, Brad Hartman, son Brayden Shake, best friend Denise Bodemann-Babb, uncle Jim Shake, aunts Pamela Gail Shake-Daunhauer, Vickie Lanning and a host of cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the funeral home with burial at Resthaven Cemetery (4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 402018) at 11:00 am on Monday, November 8, 2021.
