Teeny Apple joined Jesus in Heaven on February 8, 2020.
She was born on August 3, 1944 in LaGrange, Kentucky to the late Grace (Thompson) Sutherland. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Ernest, Doris, Jimmy and Oza.
Teeny showed and shared the love of Jesus with everyone she met. She was loving, patient, kind, a joy spreader, a cheerleader of life and loved her family unconditionally. She will be missed tremendously by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but we take comfort in knowing that she is in her Heavenly Home.
She is survived by her children, Tina West (Dave), Scott Apple (Tracey), Chris Apple (Eileen); best friend and companion, Tom Horine, grandchildren, Dylan and Gracie West, Davis Apple, JoJo, Sabrina, Samantha Zink, Brooke and Nick Apple, brother Ray Sutherland (Sharon) and sister, Shirley Boyatt.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Chapel in the Woods (1407 Moser Road Louisville, KY 40243).
A private family funeral service will be held and she will be laid to rest at Louisville Memorial Gardens East
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
