Tara Kay Sullivan, 28, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 12, 1988 to Mark and the late Rita Hume.
Tara is survived by her father, Mark Hume; two sisters, Kayla Hume and Brooke Hume; maternal grandmother, Linda Sullivan; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.on Monday at the funeral home.
