Tammy Ann Green

Tammy Ann Green, 46, of Louisville, passed away on February 25, 2017. Tammy was born in Louisville on July 26, 1970 to Jimmy and Sue Polston. Her father preceded her in death. Tammy was most recently employed at Town Talk Manufacturing.

In addition to her father, Tammy was preceded in death by her brother, Jamie Polston. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Stephen Ball; mother, Sue Polston; three children, Shawn Green, Matthew Mullane, and Samantha Mullane; one brother, Billy Polston; one sister, Tracy Polston; and two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, March 3, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272) with visitation from 3:00 pm until time of service.
