Ta'Liyah is survived by her loving parents, William Hamblin III "Tre" and Sarah Embry; sister, Sa'Rayla Miller; grandparents, Jordan and Trenice Mallard, William and Tawanda Hamblin, William "Bill" and Margaret Embry; and many loving family members and friends.
A memorial service for Ta'Liyah will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy Lou, Ky 40272).
