She was born on March 25, 1961 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia to the late Jim and Joanne (McKinney) Dabney.
Sylvia is survived by her sons, Jason Jekel, Eric Jekel, three sisters Patricia, Karen and Violet, brother Roger and aunt Freda.
