Susan Marie Lee

Susan Marie (Voyles) Lee, 69, of Galena, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023. Prior to her retirement, Susan worked at Kohl's. She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her pet cats.

She was born on June 13, 1953, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Gerald and Susie (Corley) Voyles. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, David Voyles and Gerald E. Voyles II (Jerry); sister, Jane Southerland; and husband, Danny Lee.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Rebekah (Clayton) Duffy and Tabatha (Paul) Duncan; stepson, Danny (Lisa) Lee; grandchildren, Chandler, Alannah, Melody, and Josee Lee; sister, Julie (Warren) McClure; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Galena Cemetery in Galena, Indiana.
