Susan Marie Horn

Susan Marie Horn, born on June 8, 1986, in Louisville, KY, departed this life on October 9, 2025. She was a beacon of love and warmth, cherished by all who knew her. Susie had a remarkable spirit, characterized by her sweet and kind-hearted nature. Her relentless passion for the people she cared about stood as a testament to her hard work and dedication. As a devoted wife, mother, and sister, her life was defined by sacrifice and unconditional love.

Susie cherished every moment spent with her family. Whether it was watching horror movies or enjoying wrestling matches, these precious times are memories that will forever remain close to her loved ones' hearts. Her culinary skills were exceptional, and her dream of one day opening her own restaurant spoke volumes about her creativity and passion for bringing joy to others through food.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 23 years, Waymon Horn; her three adoring children, Nathaniel, Chase, and Abigail; and her two brothers, Robert and David Holliger. The love they shared was profound, and their lives were enriched by Susie's nurturing spirit.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Judith and Vincent Holliger, whose love shaped her into the remarkable woman she became. Susie is also reunited with her father-in-law, Waymon Horn Jr.

Susie's memory will be honored during her visitation on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:00 PM, both taking place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY, 40272.
