Sue Floyd Reynolds

Sue Floyd Reynolds, a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026 at Richwood Nursing Home in La Grange, Kentucky.

She was known for her kind heart, unwavering faith, and deep love for her family. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with those she loved. She was a faithful member of Southeast Christian Church. She enjoyed her Lifeline Bible Study class, where she shared fellowship, prayer, and friendship with many.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Bruce Reynolds; her daughter, Heather Beard (Chris); her beautiful grandchildren, Olivia and Camden; her sister, Linda Clark; and many other family members who will deeply miss her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Jewell Estes Floyd; her father, Aaron Floyd; her brother, John Floyd.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 3:30 pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:30 pm at Chapel in the Woods (1407 Moser Road, Louisville, KY 40299). Burial will be private at Salyers Cemetery in Yosemite, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Her Hope Kentucky (P.O. Box 303 Simpsonville, Kentucky 40067). 

Though she has gone to her heavenly home, the love and memories she shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. “Well done, good and faithful servant…Enter into the joy of your Lord.” Matthew 25:23.
