Steven Wayne Mcgaughey
July 10, 1950 — January 4, 2014
Steven Wayne McGaughey, age 63 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014. He was a Navy Veteran and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Bowling Green. He retired from National Tobacco Company. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry Joseph and Shirley Leigh McGaughey; and his sister, Brenda Joyce Markolf.
Steve is survived by his children, Emileigh C. McGaughey and Sean Patrick McGaughey; brother, Gary McGaughey (Jamie); sister, Carole Young (Ron); his ex-wife and friend, Cindy McGaughey; also a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be 1pm Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Beargrass Christian Church, 4100 Shelbyville Road with Rev. Susan Lowe officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
