Steven Thomas Crawford passed away Monday, August 31, 2026. He was born on April 3, 1950 to Charles and Elizabeth Crawford in jeffersonville, Indiana.
He was a member of Howard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend Derrick Jenkins (Pastor) New Albany, Indiana. He participated in various auxiliaries within the church.
He was employed at Duke Energy for over 35 years. He enjoyed his Koi Pond, sports fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by Parents and brothers, Charles H. Crawford Jr., William L.Barney Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory Beverly Crawford (wife 42 years), Melissa Crawford,Toi Crawford daughters, step-son
Dishonne Slaughter, Harlie Crawford, Stori Crawford, granddaughters, Brenda Chambers Rhonda Folks, sisters. Nieces and nephews.
A life long special friend Charles Minor who stood by his side until God called him.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00AM at West Haven Cemetery (1145 West St, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
