He was born on December 27, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to Hewlett and Betty (Mock) Howard. He is preceded in death by his Father, Hewlett B Howard.
Steven is survived by his loving Mother, Betty Howard, Sons, Jesse (Jessica) Howard, Chad (Capria) Howard, Nick Howard and Zach Howard; Brothers, Kenny (Brenda) Howard and Mark Howard; Sister, Melissa Barker; Grandchildren, Cody Howard, Janel Howard, Jayden Howard, Maddily Howard, Addilynn Howard and Dylan Howard; three Aunts and an Uncle; his fur baby, Mugsy and a host of extended family and friends to cherish his memory.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
