September 9, 1960 — February 1, 2020
Stephanie Eugenia Young, age 59 passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was a former employee of Induction Therapies. She was preceded in death by her parents, Addie G. and Floran H. Young; and her sister, Cheri G. Whitfield.
Stephanie is survived by her brother, Jeffrey R. Young; sister, Vicki A. Dickerson (Angus); brother-in-law, Leslie Whitfield, Jr.; her pets, Compadre (Padre), Lacey, Sasha and Fancy; aunts, Ruby (Allen), Carolyn, and Marilyn (Ralph); nieces, Kimberly, Nicole, Monique, Tiffany (Chris), Angela (Michael), Marquita and Brittney(Tommy); nephews, Dereck (Lakarra), Jeffrey (Gail), and Mitchell; with a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky (in Middletown). A celebration of Stephanie's life will be 11 am Saturday, February 8th at the funeral home, with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
