Stephan Roethke

Stephan Frank Roethke, age 58 of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015. He was a dedicated member of Northeast Christian Church. Steve was a former roof contractor and business owner. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Roethke.

Steve is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Karen Joy Roethke; daughters, Stephanie Roethke and Kaela Turley (Bobby); grandchildren, Robert Stephan and Owen Cooper Turley; mother, Marlies Roethke; sisters, Jutta Furca (Pat) and Lynn Bishop (Wesley); and a host of family and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be 1 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at Northeast Christian Church, 9900 Brownsboro Road with visitation there from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery. A reception will be held at the church following the services.

Memorials may be made to Northeast Christian Church Mission Fund.
