Starling Thomas

Starling "Junie" Thomas, 36, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Junie was a Mustang car enthusiasts. He loved playing video games. Junie was a loving father, son, and Uncle to all his family. He had a big heart and smile that could fill a room. Junie was a gracious person, and always helping those in need. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was born on January 31, 1985 in Louisville, Kentucky to Starling Nelson and Cynthia Thomas. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Cynthia Thomas.

Junie is survived by his Father & Step-Mother, Starling Eugene Nelson & Diana Nelson, Sons, Korey Bethel, Tay Shawn Thomas, and Phoenix Brashear, Brothers, Ricky Thomas, Leshawn Thomas, and Roderick Thomas, Sisters, Deeann Jackson, and Vernicka Nelson, Grandmother, Frances Nelson. Junie also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
