Stacey Alayne Thompson

Stacey Alayne Thompson, age 46 of Louisville, passed away Friday, February 24, 2017. She was a graduate of Jeffersontown High School and attended EKU. Stacey was employed with Martin Fox and Associates, and was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She was a huge Aerosmith, NASCAR, Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Cubs fan and muscle car fan. She was preceded in death by her father, John Wuertz.

Stacey is survived by her loving husband of almost 17 years, Walter; her son, Caden; mother, Mary Jo Wuertz; brother, Brian Wuertz (Heather); mother and father-in-law, Pat and Walter Thompson; sister-in-law, Lisa Thompson (Mary); brother-in-law, Scott Thompson (Heather); dog kid, Luna Blue Thompson; and many nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. Mass of Celebration will be at 10a.m. Friday, March 3rd at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 6500 St. Bernadette Drive, Prospect, KY.

Memorials may be made to the Shamrock Society.
