Stacey Lynn Trautwein-Jacobs, age 43, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joyce and Harry VanHorn, Sr.; step-grandfather, Roy Combs; step-grandmother, Laverne Watts; and her aunt, Barbara Steinbergen.
Stacey is survived by her loving children, Zachary Trautwein and Cade Trautwein; mother, Marla "Jeannie" Murray (Gary); father, Ernest "Teddy" Alexander (Janet); step-father, George Watts; sisters, Annette Kennedy (David) and Katie Day; brother, Josh Watts (Kirsten); grandmother, Rebecca Alexander; uncles and aunts, Harry "Freddy" VanHorn (Gwen), William "Billy" VanHorn, Marvin "Buddy" VanHorn, George Alexander, Kenny Alexander, Elizabeth Day and Cynde Roser (Gary); nieces and nephews, Keirstin, Kendall, Katelyn, Gordon and Avella Jude; several cousins, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1-3pm on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with a memorial service to follow at 3pm.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
