Sophie Rodosky, 95, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 5, 2018.
She was born in 1922, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Paul Kreczkowski and Mary (Holod) Kreczkowski . She was also preceded in death by husband Casimer Rodosky, daughter Carol Baker, sister Pauleen Kreczkowski and brothers; Joseph Kreczkowski and Michael Kresson.
Sophie is survived by her son, Robert Rodosky (Connie), four grandchildren; Ryan Rodosky (Kim), Kathryn Taylor (Matthew), Ryan Usher (Amy), Lindsay Usher and four great-grandchildren; Michael Rodosky, Kate Rodosky, Eleanor Usher and Calla Usher.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 2:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 5:00pm at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243) and from 9:00am until the time of the blessing ceremony at 11:00am on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home (3501 Main Street Munhall, PA 15120) with burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Munhall, PA.
The family would like to thank Brookdale Blankenbaker for their excellent care and a special thank you to her personal caregiver Harriet Dugan.
