Sonia Allison Moore, 53, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 23, 2016. She enjoyed planting flowers and being outside. Sonia loved writing poetry and listening to music. She had a strong faith in the Lord.
Sonia was born on April 23, 1963, in Louisville, Kentucky to John Allen Moore and Mollie Genenwein Lammers. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Anthony Moore.
Sonia is survived by her sons, Justin Eugene McCord, Derrick Anthony McCord, and Jacob Roger Holman; granddaughter, Mia Grace; parents, Mollie and Bill Lammers and John and Barbara Moore; siblings, Terri Archer, Beth Johnson, Lucas Moore, and Zane Moore; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272) with her Funeral Ceremony immediately following visitation.
