Sondra Jo Lambert, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Sondra was a member of West Corbin Christian Church, and previously attended Dover Chapel Baptist Church. She loved her flowers, bird watching and nature. Sondra was an avid reader, who loved her game shows and crossword puzzles. Her favorite music were Country Music and Southern Gospel.
She was born on July 31, 1945 in Grayson County, Kentucky to William and Elsie (Renfrow) Woodcox. She is preceded in death by her Parents.
Sondra is survived by her loving Husband of 57 years, Gilbert Lambert, Sons, Brent (Wendy) Lambert, Bradley Lambert, and Brandon Lambert, Sisters, Sophia (Paul) Crowe, and Judy Woodcox (Richard Lacefield). Sondra also leaves behind to cherish her memory 4 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.
Visitation will be Private on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be Private on Monday, at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Layman Memorial Gardens, Millwood, KY.
