Sidney Fields, age 71 of Louisville, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013. Sidney was born April 13, 1941 in Harlan, KY.
Sidney is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Mary; daughter, Margaret Elizabeth Johnson; twin sister, Faye Curtsinger and sister, Pat Howlett; children, James Mullikin, Jackie Mullikin, Joyce Caffrey, and Kevin Mullikin; and several grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 7pm Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243, with visitation from 3pm until time of service.
Sidney's family would like to thank the caring staff of Hosparus for their service to Sidney. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hosparus.
