Shirley B. Marry, 83, of, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
She was born on November 15, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky to Middleton and Evelyn (Allen) Freeman. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Marry, sister, Marilyn Sullivan, sons, Marvin Marry and David Marry, and her grandson, Austin McAnelly. Shirley was a graduate of Valley High School, retired from General Electric and was a long time member of Emmanuel Assembly of God.
Shirley is survived by her children, Debra L.(Ron) Arnold, Charlene M. (Bob) Paxton, Loretta J. (Jeff Clark ) Marry, Stephen P. (Jackie Hawkins) Marry, Donald R. (Karen) Marry, 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren, siblings, Lloyd M. Freeman, Gene (Barbara) Freeman, Joyce (Max) Michels and Charles Freeman.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
The family requests that contributions in Shirley's memory be made to Emmanuel Assembly of God 5701 Johnsontown Road Louisville, KY 40272 .
