Shirley Mae Clarkson "Sug", 83, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Sug was devoted to her family and her church. She was a work-a-holic and loved her Westminister Village community. Sug loved her U of L Cardinals!

She was born on June 3, 1936 in Louisville, KY to James and Hattie Roberts. She is preceded in death her husband Harry Clarkson; son, Roland James Thomas; brother, Richard Allen Roberts, brother, Eddie Perkins; sister, Elaine Perkins.

Sug is survived by her daughters, Patricia Thomas and Bethany (Andy) Morgan; sons: Charles, George Jr., Christopher, Emmitt; brothers: Hengie and Ronnie; sisters: Suline and Wanda Perkins.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Hill Street Baptist Church, (2203 Dixie Highway). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at Hill Street Baptist Church.
