Sherry L. Vowels

Sherry L. Vowels, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

She was born on September 28, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to Ray Stallard and Joyce Thompson. Sherry graduated from Southern High School in 1974. She was a former bus driver for Jefferson County Public Schools and a loving bartender at KC's and Spectators. She was a member of Shively Christian Church. She loved gardening, reading, painting & crocheting. Most important to her was spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Sherry is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jon Kinder. She is survived by her loving children; daughter, Lesley A. Vowles; son, Christopher J. Vowels; granddaughter, Dallas Watkins; grandsons, Collin Anthony Watkins, Jazlynn Vowels, Brayleigh Vowels; great granddaughter, Faith Randilyn Ferguson and brother, Michael Stallard; brother, George E. Kinder; brother, Steven Stallard.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).

The family requests that contributions in Sherry's memory be made to Shively Christian Church.
