Sherry Lynn Merrifield, 51, passed away on January 18, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Merrifield; sister, Shelia Livers and nephew, Tony Livers.
Sherry is survived by her children, James Childress and Leah Smock; mother, Jean Merrifield; sister, Debbie Merrifield; brothers, David Merrifield, Troy Merrifield and Timmy Merrifield and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 21, 2016, from 1pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A celebration of Sherry's life will be Friday, January 22, 2016, at 1pm at the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home.
The family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to Jamie Childress to assist with funeral expenses.
