Sherry Lee (Baize) Koch, 59, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, died on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Jasper, Indiana
She is survived by her children, LeAnn Justice, Paul Justice (Len), & Amy-Jo Justice; companion, Terry Lutz; parents, Paul & DeAnna Baize; siblings, Walter, Mark, Paula, & Carey Baize; grandchildren, Kasey, Paul, Aubrey, Braden, Ethan, & Chloe;. She is preceded in death by her sister, Honey-Jo Baize.
A Memorial Visitation will be from 3 PM to 6 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will take place at 6 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Sherry's wishes.
