Sherry Marie Brown, 68, passed away on October 24, 2016. She had a strong prophetic mantel and was faithful to serving the Lord. Sherry's family meant the world to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bessie Bruce; son, James Allen Shultz and sister, Wanda Metcalf.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Stephen Brown; son, Edward (Amy) Shultz; grandchildren, Megan Shepherd, Edward Jones, Joshua Shultz, Joey Shutlz, James Shultz, Amber Shutlz, Katie Shultz and Amber Vincent and great-grandchildren, Abigail Dunn, Isabelle Shultz, Ayden Jones, Aidynn Dowell, Noah Dowell, Ethan Shepherd and Conner Shepherd.
Visitation will be Friday, October 28, 2016, from 4:30pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A graveside service will be Saturday, October 29, 2016, at 10am at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy to the International Federation of Christians and Jews, P.O. Box 96105, Washington, DC 20090-6105.
