Shenise "Nise" Henderson-Fletcher, 31, of Louisville, passed away on May 28, 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Joshua P. Fletcher; son, David O. Fletcher; parents, Monica (Norman) Simmons and Kevin (Lillian) Wade; siblings, Deron Simmons, Tia Simmons, Colavita (Christy) Smith-Wade, Theresa Smith-Wade, Cosia Smith-Wade, Yvonne Malone and Samari Thomas; grandparents, Norman Simmons, Sr., Brenda Wright, Anita Smith and Otis Smith.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 4, 2016, from 9am-11am, at Grace Community Covenant Church (338 N. 25th St., Louisville, KY) with a celebration of Shenise's life beginning at 11am.
Burial will follow at Green Meadow Cemetery.
