Sheila Poindexter

Sheila Poindexter, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025. 

She was born on March 24, 1955 in New Albany, Indiana to Raymond and Dorothy Fetz. She is preceded in death by her Father, Raymond Fetz, Mother, Dorothy Fetz, and 3 Siblings.

Sheila is survived by her loving Husband of 52 years, Donnie Frank Poindexter; Children, Donald L. (Kimberly) Poindexter and Buffy J. Poindexter; Grandchildren, Logun (Brianna) Poindexter and Adelynn Poindexter; Great-Grandsons, Holden Poindexter and Hudson Poindexter, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
