Sheila Diane Holmes, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
She was born on June 10, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to Cecil and Carol (Crawhorn) McCoy. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Holmes. Sheila will always be remembered for how much she loved her family and her dogs.
Sheila is survived by her daughter, Jennifer A. Thompson, her loving grandchildren Jennifer L. (Cody) Thompson, Danyelle Thompson and Keith Davis, brothers, Kenny McCoy and Ronnie (Debbie) McCoy, aunts and uncle, Marcella (Smitty) Smith, Norma (Dallas) Meredith and Vernon (Marie) Crawhorn, her loving friend, Beverly and her devoted sons in-law, Danny Thompson and Robert Davis.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:30 am on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:30 am on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
