Shawn Dale Simmons

Shawn Dale Simmons "Slim", 38, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Shawn was general laborer and contractor that worked throughout the Louisville area. He enjoyed working on cars, being in nature, and fishing.

He was born on July 7, 1982 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his Grandmother, Doris Graham.

Shawn is survived by his Mother, Donna Graham, Brother, David Simmons, Sister, Sherry (Mike) Robison, Brother, Michael Hoskins, Grandfather, Raymond Graham, Companion, Cristen Beeler and her daughter Bella. Shawn also leaves behind to cherish his memory 7 Nieces & Nephews: Bobby, Kelsie, Dara, Kerigan, Shelbie, Marissa, and Leigha, and 6 Great Nieces & Nephews: Kyiah, Kelbie, Alyzah, Da'Mari, Kyzen, and Wrenlee, plus a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Shawn's memory be made to the Family.
