Sharon Kay Glasscock, 55, of Louisville, Kentucky , passed away on June 21, 2016 . She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 9, 1960 to the late Bill Matarese and Madeline Carol O'Nan. She was of the Christian faith and was a licensed barber.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Graham and a brother, Jerry Lee Matarese.
Sharon is survived by her son, Barry Wayne Turner; three grandchildren, Scott Nguyen, Dustin Nguyen and Tasia Lopez; a half sister, Dorothea L Pinkham; step father, Kenneth E. Burba; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 4-8 on Friday, June 24, 2016 and from 10-2 on Saturday June 25,2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday June 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
