Sharon Louise (Sturgeon) Haycraft

Sharon Louise (Sturgeon) Haycraft, 77, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. She was a good mother and a strong Christian woman that attended Clearwater Church of God. Sharon was an animal lover and enjoyed working puzzles and going to flea markets. She also liked to travel and go camping.

She was born on October 31, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky. Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Catherine (Theiler) Roller; and husband, Clyde Haycraft, Sr.

Sharon is survived by her children, Allen Haycraft (Allison), Clyde David Haycraft, Jr. (Ranae), David Haycraft, Tonya Tyler, and Donna Cherry; sister, Bettie Lamb (Edgar); brother, Jack Sturgeon; and grandchildren, Millie Cherry, Brandy Haycraft, Ashley Dehaven, and Keri Nifong.

Cremation was chosen following Sharon's wishes. A reception of family and friends will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a memorial service taking place at 11:00 a.m.
