Serge Andre Malette

Serge Andre Malette, 70, of Palmyra, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. He was a retired Warrant Officer for the Canadian Air Force and also worked for the Floyd County Road Department. Serge enjoyed traveling with his wife across the United States and Canada in their motor home.

He was born on June 4, 1949, in LaChute, Quebec, Canada, to the late Adelard and Simone (Castonguay) Malette. Serge was also preceded in death by his sister, Danielle Thibodeau.

Serge is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda (Lynch) Malette; sons, Stephane Malette (Isabelle), Danyel Malette (Melissa), and Jason Ingram (Mandy); siblings, Yves Malette (Paulette), Guy Malette, and Monique Carriere (Raymond); and grandchildren, Hunter, Cassandra, Xavier, Tyler, Phillippe, Chase, and Katherine.

Cremation was chosen following Serge's wishes and all services are private. The family requests contributions in his memory be made to any organization that supports veterans of the armed services.
