Sean O'Brien

Sean O'Brien, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025. 

He was born on June 26, 1987 in Saint Petersburg, Florida to David and Cassie (Lynn) O'Brien. He is preceded in death by his mother, Cassie Dawn O'Brien, grandfathers, David W. O'Brien and David Lynn. 

Sean was a chef at the downtown Louisville Hilton hotel, he enjoyed going to the gym and his favorite artist was Bob Marley. He was a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning and the University of Kentucky Wildcats. 

Sean is survived by his loving father, David Manuel O'Brien, children, Connor O'Brien, Lilly Goeing, brother, Garry O'Brien, grandmother, Carol O'Brien, niece, Ariel Rasmussen and nephew, Aegon Rassmussen. 

Cremation was chosen and a celebration of Sean's life will be held from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 9203 Prospect Avenue Louisville, KY 40242.
