Sean Hoffman, age 43 of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017. Sean was a former school bus driver for the Jefferson County Public School System.

Visitation will be 2-4pm Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, followed by a celebration of Sean's life at 4pm.
