Sarah Thomas, 39, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021.
She was born on July 14, 1982 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to Fritz and Marlene (Elian) Hunter. She is preceded in death by her father Fritz Hunter and grandmother Andrea Elian.
Sarah is survived by her loving husband, Jean Baptiste Thomas Jr., mother, Marlene Estella Hunter, children Jean-Baptiste Thomas III, Isaac Thomas, Hosiah Thomas as well as a host of loving extended family and friends.
Sarah's memory will live on eternally through the tireless work and joyful support she provided to those battling cancer.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Encounter Church (9105 Galene Drive Louisville, KY 40299).
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens East (11601 Ballardsville Road, Louisville 40241).
