Sara Joyce Wicks Jentry, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022.

She was born on January 1, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late George and Alice (Marshall) Wicks . Along with her parents, she is proceded in death by her son, Phillip H. Sanders, Sr.

Sara is survived by her children, Jeanene M. Sanders, Barbara M. Sanders, Stacey L. Sanders, Kisha L. Sanders, Tanya D. Morris Mangrum, Eric Sanders and Shaunita R. Sanders, along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
