Sandy Rigsby

Sandy Rigsby, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Sandy loved her family and helping people. She had numerous kids throughout her life that called her momma.

She was born on November 24, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Norman Masters and Sandra (Johnson) Vernon. She is preceded in death by her Father, Norman Ray Masters, Mother-in-Law, Tula Rigsby, and Grandmother, Grandma J.

Sandra is survived by her loving Husband of 38 years, David Rigsby, Daughter, Brandis Rigsby, Son, Josh Rigsby, Grandkids, Arianna and Anthony Miller, Mother, Sandra (Louie) Vernon, Brothers, Marty and Scott Masters, Michael Clements, Sister, Kimberly Hites, and Step-Sister, Louann Vernon.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday at the funeral home.
