Sandra "Sandy" Swain Nelson, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021.
Sandy was born on August 26, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ann Nash.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Scott Nelson, son, Brian D. Swain (Yvette), granddaughter, Jasmine Swain, sisters, April Grabhorn, Nancy Wheat, and Pat Polley, brothers, Jeff Ewald, and Danny Ewald, as well as many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
