Sandra Lee (Avila) Wiggins, 59, of Clarksville, Indiana passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at her home after a brief illness. She was a Catholic by faith and enjoyed her family, music, University of Louisville basketball, and her beloved dog, Blue.
She was born on April 17, 1956 in Cook County, Illinois to the late Jim and Adele (Bender) Avila. Sandra is survived by her companion, John Kirchner; her sons Paul (Jenny) and Alex Vitato; brothers, Scott Hartlev (Christy) and Joey Avila (Jody); sisters, Kathy Wiggins (Mike) and Jill Hartlev.
Cremation was chosen following to Sandra's wishes. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a Memorial Service taking place at 11:00 a.m.
