Sandra Kayser Greenwell

Sandra Louise Greenwell, 78, passed quietly at Baptist Hospital East on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

She was formerly Sandra Kayser of the Audubon Park Area and a 1964 graduate of Durrett High School. She received a Bachelor Degree from the University of Kentucky in 1969. She married Ken Greenwell in August of 1970; who preceded her in death in October 2020.

She was employed as a Program Analyst for Kentucky State Government and State Farm Insurance. She was an avid dog lover, spending endless time caring for her pets.

She is survived by her sister, Linda K. Miller and brother-in-law, Michael C. Miller; first cousins, Pam Colglazier, Cathy Kinkade, Debbie Lombardi and Stuart Smith; and her beloved dog, Max.

A gravesite memorial is scheduled for Saturday, May 24th at 2:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens East at 11601 Ballardsville Road, Louisville, KY (Front Building).

A celebration of her life will be held following service at the Corner Cafe, 9307 New Lagrange Road at 5:00 PM.
