Samuel John McCulloch, 68, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. He loved his family and going fishing.
He was born on July 30, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Kenneth and Jocye (McConnell) McCulloch. He was also preceded in death by his son, John McCulloch.
Sam is survived by his wife of 44 years, Joyce (Freeman) McCulloch; sons, Robert McCulloch (Jamie), Greg McCulloch; brothers, Walker McCulloch, William McCulloch; and grandchildren, Ian, Ayden, Alesha, Ava, Adyson, and Xavier; and his favorite dog, Preston.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:15 AM on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (321 E. Market St, Jeffersonville, IN) with visitation to follow until 3 PM. Cremation was chosen following Sam's wishes.
Contributions in Sam's memory may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
